If you’re like me and get a puzzled look on your face while trying to decide whether you like chocolate or peanut butter more, then this chocolate peanut butter recipe is for YOU!
Here’s the great thing: it requires two (that’s right, just two!) ingredients. Guess what those are!
That’s right, peanuts and chocolate chips!!!
This is almost as easy as when we saw how to make peanut butter before. Just one little extra step.
What You Will Need
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 cups honey roasted peanuts
A food processor (I used my Vita-Mix)
I used a store-brand honey roasted peanuts and Ghiradelli dark chocolate chips that are oh so good!
Add ingredients to the Vita-Mix or other food processor.
Process until smooth. With the Vita-mix, I processed it twice just to get it extra smooth!
Look at the beautiful, smooth peanut butter it produced!
And….this would make a wonderful food gift.
This chocolate peanut butter recipe can save you money (store-bought chocolate peanut butter can be quite pricey) and allows you to control the ingredients that go into it!
Enjoy!!!
