As a wife, mom of two, and Registered Dietian, I’m pretty sure we have something in common. Whether it’s a love for food, a love for health, or a love for family.
I work part-time at a surgery center and spend the rest of my time running after my two boys (“Little Buddy” and “Little Stinker”). And the rest of the time cooking. And doing laundry. You know what I mean!
Keeping my family healthy is very important to me, but honestly, it can be challenging. Life gets crazy busy and it’s easy for a healthy meal to be the first thing to go.
