30 Day No Sugar Challenge

I believe fully in BALANCE, MODERATION and VARIETY.

But sometimes things get out of balance and need a reality check.  Especially when it comes to sugar.

I did a 30 Day No Sugar Challenge that helped me shed pounds, feel better and have less cravings.
