We have slowly been cutting back on how much meat we eat, and it has been pretty painless. There are so many delicious meals that require no meat. Which means less prep time. Less sanitizing the counters after cooking. That’s always good.
We are going meatless this week!
Weekly Meatless Menu Plan:
Monday: Meatless Baked Spaghetti (made with delicious homemade spaghetti sauce and Barilla plus pasta)
Tuesday: Black Beans and Rice
Thursday: Spicy Black Bean Burgers with baked potato and green beans
Friday: Homemade Veggie Pizza
Saturday: Pancakes and eggs (been CRAVING pancakes lately!)
Sunday: Green Smoothie (we’ll probably eat a bigger lunch)
